Please join me in praying for the salvation of my husband and healing in our marriage. I only recently turned back to the Lord, after losing my way for several years. Honestly, it was trouble in my marriage and finances that brought me back to my knees. My husband, who is not saved to the best of my knowledge, says he simply does not "feel" love for me any longer. I know that God hates divorce, and that His will is for salvation for all, so I am standing on faith in the belief that He will hear my prayers and restore what the enemy is trying to steal from me. I know that with God, all things are possible, and although there is no evidence of any improvement in our relationship, I am believing as faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen. Please join with me in agreement.
Too many people believe divorce is the answer to unhappiness when the truth is, only God can fill the voids in our lives. It saddens me that people just "throw away" marriages today like they are disposable. I pray that God touch the hearts of all who are contemplating divorce and that He bring healing and restoration for those that seek it.

C,
You and your husband are in our prayers. Remember this verse - 1 Peter 5:7 "Give all your worries to him, because he cares for you." God has already brought good out of the bad by getting you back. I am glad that you turned back to the Lord and I rejoice with you for that. Keep praying for your husband and just let him know that you love him and will be there for him, just as God is there for us all. You are correct and wise to trust God and knowing that divorce is not the answer. I pray for your husbands salvation. I pray also for your strength and patience in this relationship. Every trial we go through is meant to strengthen us, to build character, and to grow our faith. God bless you. I am in agreement that your relationship is on the road to restoration and healing in Christ Jesus' name. Amen.
